Based on the prospect of elevating the revered Indian cuisine & hospitality while bringing it onto global culinary center-stage, Mr. Bhupender Nath established Passion F&B. An avid-traveler and a fervent foodie, he has always been inspired by the hospitality industry. With numerous awards and accolades to his credit, Mr. Nath has been named ‘Indian Innovator’ by Entrepreneur ME as well as ‘F&B Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Entrepreneur ME and ‘F&B CEO of the Year’ by Caterer ME,  among others.

Considered one of the youngest tastemakers in Indian cuisine today, Chef Himanshu stepped out into the world of gourmet cuisine with the aim to make his mark through constant innovation and to change the perception of Indian cuisine, globally. Over the years, he has been able to successfully change perceptions of diners toward Indian food through his innovative dishes, thereby elevating global standing of the cuisine, today. Evolution of Trèsind is his ode to the culinary legacy of his homeland.

Born and brought up in Shimla, Chef Sarfaraz grew up surrounded by the impactful hospitality and tourism industry. After completing his schooling in 2006, Chef Sarfaraz joined the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Lucknow, one of the leading hospitality institutions in India, and gained insight into the hospitality business, specializing in kitchen management and food production.

As a Beverage Head for India at Passion F&B, Rahul Kamath brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the vibrant cocktail culture sweeping across the country. A native to Mumbai, Rahul has made a name for himself in the hospitality industry thanks to his passion for crafting unique cocktails and providing top-notch service. Rahul began by honing his technique at famous bars throughout the world, like Paradiso in Barcelona, Le Club in Japan, and Lost and Found Drinkery in Cyprus during his internship with them. As India’s youngest beverage manager, Rahul is now focused on crafting unique beverage programs that elevate guest experiences and set new hospitality standards.
